#4147- Model of 1841 Officers Summer Mounted Trousers: Made of 10 ounce white cotton duck with double layer inseam for riding (not shown in Foot Trouser image at left). Side seam pockets. Fly front with cord tie in back for adjustment. Split back with cord tie for adjustment; without back yoke. Pewter buttons are used with the double front pattern for suspenders featured. Made in USA.

Stripes were not authorized for use on White Cotton Trousers for any rank.
