The trousers used by the USMC during the Mexican War were the model adopted in 1833. Summer Trousers for enlisted are White cotton duck with drop front design without pockets. Cord tie in the back for adjustment. Pewter buttons are supplied. Button pattern is with double front buttons for our #1907 suspenders. Rank Stripes were not worn on the white cotton trousers.
