#1404-MORNING FROCKCOAT(1855 thru 1880) This fashionable coat was usually
worn for more formal occasions during the morning or early afternoon.
Hence the name Morning Frock. It features the rounded “slope away”
front with single button closure and high waistline. Full cotton lining is
standard. Velvet trim can be
added, see options box below. Front pockets are not available on this coat.
Made in the USA!
The Morning Frock
generally looks
best in a dark coat and light colored vest and trouser combinations,
although this is not required. Some
deluxe extra cost
fabrics are available. Civilian Fabrics.
