#457 Officer's Undress Frockcoat-
For Undress, all Marine officers (except the commandant) were to
wear a double breasted dark blue frockcoat with 8 large Marine buttons in
a row, equally spaced, and having a full black cotton lining and natural
cotton sleeve lining. Sleeves have three button
functioning cuffs. Our coat is made using the 19 oz dark blue
wool with a deluxe officer's wool available at extra cost.
There are pockets in the
folds of the skirts (no flaps) with 4 large Marine buttons on the back of
the coat. The Russian shoulder knot is worn with the undress
frockcoat with the rank insignia attached to the knot. Price includes the
standard style Russian
Knots and installation kit for you to install. Or we can
affix the attaching hardware at extra cost. Our
reproduction model 1854 US Marine buttons are supplied with this
uniform. Made in the
USA!
