Enlisted Marines were issued wool trousers in Sky Blue- same color as the Army for Fall, Winter and Spring wear. For Summer, White Cotton Duck trousers were issued. Side seam style pockets, back belts with buckle for adjustment, and one right hip pocket.
Black buttons for fly and suspenders are supplied, but not sewn on. The double front buttons for suspenders on each side is standard.
