This blouse is made using our 16 ounce deluxe dark blue wool with black polished cotton lining. Features include a small standing collar with scarlet piping along the bottom edge and the shoulder straps. Seven USMC brass buttons close the front, shoulder straps and cuff flashes.
Shown here with optional Sergeant chevrons. Marine NCO's were permitted to wear the chevrons of their rank on the sleeves of this Sack and were positioned "point up". Service stripes were NOT worn on the Fatigue uniform.
