CS
Officer's
Sackcoat- Although
not listed in the Confederate Officer Uniform Regulations, several famous
Confederate officers such as A.P. Hill, John Mosby and others, are
pictured wearing a loose fitting Sackcoat. Often called a "Blouse",
we offer both
Single and Double Breasted versions. The standard body length of the
coat comes just below the hip. A optional
body length which extends approximately 3" longer is available. Optional edge piping in a
branch of service trim
color is also available.
The notched rolling collar is featured on both the
single breasted
and double breasted coats as standard and shown in the photos. This allows the coat to be buttoned fully
or with an open lapel style. A small standing collar can be
specified at time of order
at no extra charge. Tube style sleeves with three small buttons on
each cuff.
Since this is a fatigue blouse, gold sleeve braid was not used to
designate rank.
Collar rank devices are available. Our
coat
is cotton lined with one inside pocket. Up to three exterior pockets
can be added. Made
in the USA!
All Officers Uniforms are custom made. Correct measurements are extremely important.
Because we cannot accept returns on
custom clothing, please visit the measurements page
and submit your measurements when you order.
